Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Plantiful, on the web or in the iPhone app. Plantiful is run by Clotilde Ecorcheville (“we”), in France. By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Plantiful.

The service

Plantiful lets you keep a list of your house plants, log their care and get watering reminders. It's free. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and need to be at least 15. Keep your Google account secure: anything done while you're signed in counts as done by you. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account.

Your content

Your plants, notes and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them only so we can run Plantiful for you. Please only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing illegal or offensive.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of Plantiful, or access other people's accounts. We may suspend an account that does.

Reminders are a helping hand

We do our best to send reminders on time, but notifications can be late or missed (for example if your phone is offline or notifications are turned off). Plantiful gives general watering estimates, not expert advice for a particular plant. Use your own judgement: we can't be responsible for a thirsty or overwatered plant.

Availability and liability

Plantiful is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under French or EU law.

Ending

You can stop using Plantiful and delete your account whenever you like. If we ever close Plantiful, we'll give you notice in the app first.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by French law. If there's a problem, write to us at contact@plantiful.ioand we'll try to sort it out together. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
